Optional analytics

The main website uses PostHog to understand which content helps professional customers. This service only loads after you accept analytics. You may reject it and continue using the catalogue and forms. The current configuration does not use Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics, session recording or automatic click capture.

What may be stored in your browser

el_b2b_analytics_consent: local storage of your analytics choice. It remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.

ph_…_posthog: PostHog cookies and local storage, only after acceptance, used to relate visits and actions from the same browser. Persistence depends on the service configuration and browser controls.

el_ref: some retained pages store a referral identifier in local storage when opened through a ?ref=… link. They also report the attributed visit to the partner system. This mechanism is separate from optional PostHog analytics.

What the current configuration measures

Page views and specific actions involving the catalogue and professional enquiry form: product views, business type, opening WhatsApp and accepted enquiries. Personal information and message text from the form are not included in analytics events. Analytics URLs are sent without query parameters or fragments. Sessions are not recorded and interactions are not automatically captured.

Legal basis

Optional analytics is activated with your consent: Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and Article 6.1.a GDPR. The stored choice is used to respect your decision.

Provider and other processing

PostHog receives events in its European region (eu.i.posthog.com); PostHog Inc. is based in the United States. Information you submit through a form is processed separately to respond to your enquiry, as explained in the privacy policy. This policy describes the main professional website; the archive of the former ordering service has its own context.
