Purpose

This site (ellavash.es) presents the El Lavash catalogue for restaurants, food retailers and distributors. The form lets you request information; submitting it does not confirm an order or make a payment. Availability, formats, prices and supply terms are agreed directly with El Lavash. VAT is shown separately in the professional quotation.

The former consumer ordering service is retained as an archive. Its prices and delivery terms do not describe the current wholesale offer.

Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when sending an enquiry or an order. Using the site to send false or abusive enquiries or orders is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The site's contents (texts, photographs, logo, design) belong to El Lavash or are used with permission. Their reproduction for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.

Liability

We work to keep the catalogue information and professional supply terms up to date. If there is an obvious error in a price, we will let you know before confirming the order. The site may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram; we are not responsible for their content.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law (including Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
